The Lay Brothers of the Poor

is a non-profit organization in the Imperial County in California who serve the poorest of the poor. As Catholic lay people experiencing God's love for us, we are prompted by the Holy Spirit to extend God's love to our neighbors.

With God's love, which has no boundaries or politics, we search out the poorest of the poor. We feed the hungry, clothe the naked and help the oppressed. Service to the poorest of the poor is our privileged, non-exclusive means of following Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
